In lesson #2, I mentioned Pavlov's dogs.
in lesson #3, I am going to turn you in one...
first though - time to teach you about Litany.
a Litany is a saying that when repeated produces an effect.
Kind of like a ritual huh?
I have the first two Litanies I teach all my students.
Litany of relaxation
I am in control of my body.
My body is but a shell.
My Mind controls the Shell
I will remove my body so that only my mind remains.
Litany of clear though.
I am in control of my mind
Focus is the key.
I will focus my thoguhts on the one thought
of having no thoughts at all.
Memerize these, and use them before you meditate.
Use the first to relax, then the second to clear your mind.
after you are comfortable doing that. I want you to come up with a key word.
Something only you will know (like Flimlakast) It need not be a real word.
Or if you are true traditionalist, it can be a latin word.
Before you meditate, you will say that word.
Everytime before you meditate.
Eventually, you will become totally relaxed and in a meditative state, just from saying the word.
You will have trained your mind like Pavlov's dog.
this will allow you to then start doing more complex spells.
Let's say that a spell involves the following steps.
Total relaxation and focus
Focusing on pushing energy into a cone.
Delivering a focused wish to a cone,
releasing the cone.
Each of those four steps can be assigned a key word.
once you train yourself in performing the steps, and associating with the key word, you have a complete spell from saying 4 simple words.
Boy, I make it sound so easy......
It is, once you understand and master the individual steps and you learn to associate to them, and then you can remember how to tie them together.....
